Transportation from the student’s home to the Seminar and return is the responsibility of the parents of the participants. Over the years, many of the sponsoring organizations have assisted students with transportation costs as well as the Seminar fee.
Air Travel
Participants are encouraged to make their own travel arrangements. Our staff will be available to assist and advise.
Airport to Campus Shuttle Coaches
Seminar staff will be at both Chicago O’Hare and Milwaukee Mitchell airports to meet and assist arriving students. The airport to campus shuttle coaches operate on Saturday, June 20, with convenient return service on Friday, June 26.

Please note that there is no vehicle parking fee for student driven vehicles which are required to be stored for the entire week in a University parking lot.
