Next June, high school students from North America and international exchange students from throughout the world will spend a week on the campus of Carroll University, studying and discussing global issues at the World Affairs Seminar. The purpose of this very unique youth activity is to provide a forum for future leaders to be introduced to some of the most perplexing world problems. This experience will contribute to future world peace.
The 2010 World Affairs Seminar theme is:
The Global Freshwater Challenge
We especially invite service clubs, schools or other organizations to sponsor high school students by awarding scholarships that will pay the Seminar fee. All students are expected to share their Seminar experiences with fellow students and to present a program to their sponsoring organizations when they return home.
